(Two days) This workshop is a "how-to" workshop for developing skills for working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Participants will learn how to prevent bias and discrimination and tap into the human potential of their diverse workforce. The activities in this workshop provide a forum for participants to practice their interpersonal, goal-setting, and decision-making skills in a number of diversity scenarios.

Each ready-to-use activity in the workshop takes 10 to 30 minutes to complete, and the workshop materials support two days of training.
