Carolyn A. Martin, Ph.D. is a world-class keynote speaker and Master Trainer for RainmakerThinking, Inc. Coauthor of Managing Generation Y (HRD Press, 2001), Managing the Generation Mix (HRD Press, 2002) and The Customer Service Intervention (HRD Press, 2003), she has been cited in publications around the world, including US News and World Report and Global HR. Her lively presentations have energized and inspired audiences throughout North America, the UK, and Japan. Carolyn holds a Ph.D. in English from Rutgers University and served as an Associate Professor and Dean of Student Services at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ.
