Jane Y. Fong, Ph.D.
Jane Y. Fong, Ph.D. is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Principal Consultant with Rogers and Associates. She has practiced clinical psychology for over 20 years, and incorporated management consulting in her career by working with family-owned businesses that experienced family-business role conflicts. Dr. Fong is a skilled psychotherapist, psychological diagnostician, personal/executive coach, and consultant. Her extensive understanding of human behavior enables her to assess many complex aspects of organizations, organizational behavior, and individual and group behavior in the workplace. She is also experienced in constructing survey instruments, analyzing data, and interpreting survey results. As an Asian-American, Dr. Fong’s lifelong experience as a minority professional woman adds further depth to her diversity training. She is also a writer and editor for professional and lay publications.
