Patrick H. Sanaghan, ED.D.
Patrick H. Sanaghan is the President of the Sanaghan Group, an organizational consulting firm that specializes in collaborative strategic planning, retreat and meeting design and facilitation, leadership development, and leadership transitions. He has over 20 years of consulting experience and has worked with numerous corporations, universities, and non-profits. Some of his clients have included: Cornell University, Shell Oil Company, The United States Can Company, The U.S. Navy, The William Penn Foundation, and the Philadelphia City Government. He is co-author of two books: High Impact Tools and Activities for Strategic Planning (1998, McGraw-Hill); and Intentional Design and the Process of Change (2002, Follett); and numerous articles on leadership, change management, and meeting design.
