Seung-Youn (Yonnie) Chyung
Seung-Youn (Yonnie) Chyung is an Assistant Professor in the department of Instructional & Performance Technology of the College of Engineering at Boise State University, Boise, Idaho. She earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) degree in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois. She has been teaching master’s degree courses on web design and e-learning as well as other performance improvement courses both on campus and on line at Boise State University since 1996. She has designed organizational web sites using FrontPage since 1997. Her development of web sites during the recent years has been focused on performance improvement oriented back-end database systems.
