Tom Justice
Tom Justice is President of Justice & Associates in Santa Monica, California. He has been operating his own consulting firm since 1981. An organizational development practitioner who focuses his practice on process facilitation, building high performance teams, and the management of organizational change projects, Tom has served as process facilitator for more than 30 different organizations in 16 states.
He has 13 years of management experience, having served as a project director at the University of Southern California, as an educational administrator in Marin County and Santa Barbara, California, and as a training developer for the California State Department of Education. He has also conducted numerous workshops on meetings management, process facilitation, team building, effective training, and the management of organizational change. In his consulting and facilitation work, he specializes in in- depth interventions that bolster the capacity of the organization.
Tom holds an A.B. in international studies from Miami University of Ohio, a lifetime California Secondary Teaching Credential from California State University at San Francisco, an M.A. in education from California State University at Long Beach, and an Administrative Services Credential from the California State Department of Education.
Today, Tom is focusing on working with organizations to implement a model of process facilitation training that builds a long-lasting capacity within organizations for enabling groups to succeed.
