Alex Douds
Alex Douds has over 25 years of experience in human and organizational performance consulting. As Director of the Performance Skills Group, a Division of Human Technology, Inc., he has directed more than 125 performance improvement projects for private and public-sector clients, with special emphasis on programs in the design and implementation of “best practice” human resource management processes and learning systems, leadership development programs, team performance systems, workforce productivity, and competency-based performance improvement interventions. His most recent works include The Complete Guide to Managing Change and Transition, and Teams: How to Build a Team-Based Organization, both published through HRD Press in 1998. Alex’s private-sector client list includes General Dynamics, Bell Atlantic, H.B. Fuller, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Genzyme, AGFA, and Ford Motor Company. Public-sector clients include the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, Defense Systems Information Agency, Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
