Charles M. Cadwell
Charles M. Cadwell is the president of Training Systems +, a Mulvane, Kansas, company that specializes in training system design and development. He has more than 25 years of experience in the training field. Prior to starting Training Systems + in 1986, he held positions as Director of Field Training for Pizza Hut, Inc. and Director of Training for Popingo Video.
His clients have included national companies such as YUM Brands, PepsiCo Food Service International, Pizza Hut, Thorn Americas, Greyhound Lines, and Burger King International. He has also worked with a number of small and medium-sized service, retail and manufacturing businesses.
Much of his work focuses on developing and writing training handbooks, operations manuals, policy manuals, training curriculum and self-study materials. However, he is also a skilled facilitator and frequently conducts workshops on presentation skills, supervision, customer service, leadership, recruiting and selection, orientation, and training.
He has written eight books that have been published nationally
and is the co-author of four others. He has also written several
audio-cassette workbook programs and training curriculums.
