Claire Conway, PH.D.
Claire Conway is an organizational and management consultant with a specialty in Creativity. She is the cofounder of Creativity Incorporated, a Philadelphia based organization that is noted for training business leaders in Creative Problem Solving, Whole Brain Technology, and Creativity Team Techniques. A hallmark of Creativity Incorporated is The Creativity Camp Intensive, a public workshop that teaches creative thinking and problem solving skills for individuals and teams.
Over a span of fifteen years, Claire developed and delivered numerous programs for corporations, universities, hospitals and government agencies. She was honored with the Region III Challenge Award from the Social Security Administration in 1994 and the Dissertation Completion Award from Temple University in 1992.
Claire is a faculty member at Saint Joseph’s University in the Training and Development Department, and a visiting professor at Cornell in the Johnson School of Management. She received her Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Temple University in 1993.
