Hutcheson
Chris Hutcheson is the President of IDEA Ltd.,
a firm he founded in 1988. He brings considerable background
to the firm, with experience in the hospitality sector, retail
fashion trade, banking industry, and specifically, with nearly
twenty years in the training and development field. This has
helped him link development of organizations’ human resources
to their bottom line.
He strongly believes that success in any area of work is contingent
upon the development of meaningful, achievable performance standards,
expectations, and evaluation processes, and where appropriate,
re-organization of work. He has designed training and facilitated
learning in related areas such as Team Building, Performance
Appraisal, Leadership Skills, Time Management, Communication,
Motivation, Problem Solving, Job Development & Career Planning,
and Training Design and Delivery. Participants in his programs
range from front-line unionized personnel in production environments
to senior managers in the financial sector.
