Darryl has served as a teacher, speaker, facilitator, and professional consultant for over 25 years. He has presented outstanding programs to numerous individuals including adult, college, youth organizations, corporations, churches, and civic groups. He has worked with national organizations such as the National Association of Student Councils and Secondary Schools Principals and was a participant in NASA’s Teacher in Space Program. He served as Senior Training Specialist for a billion dollar corporation for seven years prior to beginning his own business. Darryl is coauthor of The New Sales Game©, EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES...book, 50 Activities for Achieving Excellent Customer Service resource manual, and Stories They Will Remember book through HRD Press and The Customer Service Activity book through AMACOM Books.
