David J. Kalamas, Ph.D.
David J. Kalamas, Ph.D., has worked in the Organization Development (OD) field for over 20 years. During that time he served as a manager of training and development at a number of different organizations, including managing the Center for Human Resource Development at a secondary educational institution, responsible for providing OD services to local business and industry. Dr. Kalamas has had direct experience in almost all areas of OD practice. His current work includes teaching in a Master of Business Administration program and doing OD consulting. He is a published author in both the training and development and adult education fields.
