Robert W. Bauer
Robert W. Bauer is a co-founder and President of Bauer & Associates, Inc. He was also a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Aon Consulting’s Loyalty Institute, from which he retired in 1998. He served as President of Rensis Likert Associates, joining RLA in 1973. His early career was with Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).
Mr. Bauer’s professional career includes consulting with more than a hundred organizations. His areas of consulting expertise include organization diagnosis, planning and design, survey-guided organization change,management counseling, human resource development, development of business planning and management information systems, EDP systems design and implementation, salary administration programs, and customer loyalty research and consultation. In addition to his consulting activities, he was Chairman of the Board of Guest Services, Inc. in Washington, D.C., co-founder of Technologic Concepts, Inc., and past Chairman of the Board
of the Foundation for Research on Human Behavior.
Mr. Bauer received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and his Master’s in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration (Dartmouth College). He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in Michigan.
