Dr. Susan El-Shamy
Dr. Susan El-Shamy has been a training professional for over twenty years working in the areas of communication skills, creativity, and management development. Susan utilizes her extensive training experience in the research, design, and delivery of Advancement Strategies, Inc., training programs and learning resources. She has designed and delivered programs for Motorola at their corporate headquarters in Chicago and at various Motorola sites throughout the country and abroad. Susan has a Bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television, a Master’s degree in English as a Foreign Language, and a Doctor of Education degree in Counseling and Guidance.
